Return Policy
• Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Some products are not returnable such as (sportwear, underwear, swimwear, personal
care products, cosmetics, special accessories like earrings,piercing,rings and bracelets).
• Return of non-refundable products is accepted in case of manufacturing defects.
• Returns of all products that have been used are not accepted, except in case of
manufacturing defects, and this is proven by clear pictures of the defects in the product,
and these pictures are sent to our pages on social media channels (Facebook - Instagram -
WhatsApp).
• The return is withdrawn from the customer within 5 working days of registering the
return request
• Return request will be accepted if the item is at the same condition that you received and
with its package as you received.
• Order amount will be refunded within 5 working days starting of the date of collecting
your item.
• Order amount is refunded in several ways (Etmana Credit - Bank Transfer).
• Order amount will be refunded “not including the shipping costs” in case of the partial
return (when customer requests to return one or more of several products).
• The amount of the return, including shipping costs, will be refunded in case of a total
return (registering a return for all products in the order).
• Order amount will be refunded “including the shipping costs” in case of return under
reasons:
➢ Receiving a wrong product, color, size, content, etc…
➢ Receiving a defective product.
• It is not allowed to return an item within an offer.
